Trauma-Informed Children's Home Leader

Action for Children are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead Starbright House, a new trauma-informed children's home in Hackney. You will develop the home, recruit and lead a dynamic staff team, and secure OFSTED registration with a strong focus on safeguarding and outcomes for children.

You will work closely with Hackney Council and partners to deliver a stable, nurturing environment where children can grow, feel safe, and build positive relationships.
