Trauma-Informed Child & Youth Support Practitioner

Freedomcaregroup in Weymouth is looking for a compassionate Support Practitioner to work with children and young people with additional needs. The role involves providing person-centered support, maintaining emotionally safe environments, and building trusting relationships. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent experience. This is currently a zero-hour role with potential for contracted hours after probation. A strong focus on staff wellbeing and flexible working options is offered.
