Trauma-Informed Behaviour & Wellbeing Practitioner

Summergil School in Powys is seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Wellbeing Practitioner to support pupils' emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and engagement in learning. You will work with classroom and therapeutic teams to deliver trauma-informed, relational support that helps pupils thrive.

The role requires experience with challenging behaviour, knowledge of PBS or similar frameworks, and the ability to stay calm and empathetic.
