Trauma-Informed Area Service Manager (Children & Young People)

LDA Care Ltd in Shropshire seeks an experienced Area Service Manager to lead a specialist package of support for a 16-18-year-old with autism, learning disability and trauma. You'll oversee a small team, ensure safeguarding, and drive high-quality, trauma-informed care in a secure, supportive environment.

You will develop and review support plans, monitor safety, and partner with families, social workers and health professionals to prepare for adulthood.
