Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on keeping things moving? Kingfisher Brixham is on the hunt for a proactive Transport Team Leader to operate from our Newbury hub - leading a team of drivers delivering the freshest seafoods products to customers across the region.

Since 1984, Kingfisher Brixham has been serving up the freshest, locally sourced fish and seafood straight from the famous Brixham Fish Market to top chefs and kitchens across the South of the UK. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a passionate team of drivers, overseeing day-to-day people management tasks such as return-to-work interviews, and supporting recruitment interviews, probation reviews, 1 st line investigations
• Keep the fleet in tip-top shape - overseeing vehicle servicing, cleaning, and damage reporting
• Step in and drive when the team needs you (sickness or holidays) ensuring customer service is at its maximum
• Handle admin from home once the team is out on the road, providing driver support and solving any issues
• Start early (5:00 AM) with a bit of flexibility depending on the day's demands
