Job Description

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transport Shift Manager for our Hams Hall depot supporting Sainsbury's. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours across 5 days in a rotating days/nights pattern from 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00. Salary up to £46,125 with night shift premium, plus 25 days leave and pension life assurance benefits.

Lead a busy shift, coach and develop a top-performing team, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and cost control.
