Transport Shift Lead - Drive Safety & Performance

Evri Group in Warrington is seeking a driven Transport Shift Manager to lead a busy shift operation. You will oversee Transport Supervisors and Drivers, drive performance, safety and compliance, and deliver high service levels for customers.

You'll report to the Transport Operations Manager, manage KPIs, plan resources to forecast volumes and develop a high-performing team through coaching and regular performance reviews.
