Transport Shift Lead - Drive Efficiency & Growth

GXO is seeking a Transport Shift Manager for our B&Q site in Doncaster. You will lead a shift of team leaders, clerks and drivers, directing operations and monitoring performance to ensure a high-quality service.

The role is full-time on a 5 from 7 shift pattern (06:00-14:00). The successful candidate will have supervisory transport experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities while driving continuous improvement.
