We're recruiting for an experienced Transport Planner to join a busy, high-volume distribution operation in Slough. This role is ideal for someone with strong Paragon experience who thrives in a fast paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise routes using Paragon
• Manage daily transport planning across a high-volume fleet
• Maximise vehicle utilisation and service performance
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operational teams
• Monitor KPIs and resolve planning issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and procedures

About You

• Proven Transport Planning experience within logistics or distribution
• Strong working knowledge of Paragon (essential)
• Excellent organisational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Transport compliance knowledge is advantageous
