Transport Manager - KPI-Driven Logistics Leader

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead a busy, Costa site-based operation in Wellingborough. You will manage a transport team, ensuring safety, compliance and excellent service while building strong relationships with Costa and site stakeholders.

The role is full-time, with standard hours 09:00-17:00 and some flexibility, offering a salary up to £60,000 plus an extensive benefits package and 25 days annual leave.
