What You Will Be Doing

As a Transport Planning Coordinator, you will plan, organise and manage the routing of deliveries and collections to meet the demands of the organisation and our customers.

You will support drivers, advise stakeholders and provide excellent customer service to all customers while managing a diverse range of responsibilities to help support the smooth running of the transport operation.

Your duties include promoting and ensuring compliance with transport policies, procedures and legislation, identifying routing and service level improvements, and ensuring vehicles are scheduled for service and inspections when required.

About You

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, experience in vehicle routing, a proven track record of motivating drivers, and a genuine passion for working within the Transport department.
