Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the transport team based at Felixstowe office.
  • Deal with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate information is updated to operating systems.
  • Work with colleagues to provide a high service level to customers.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with third party customers, group staff and sub contractors.
  • Report to Line Manager and Head of Centre of Excellence weekly on on time statistics, margin statistics, running vehicles, ensure prompt return of empty containers, and manage vehicle booking system.
  • Operate all duties in accordance with Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) procedures and work instructions.
