We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support the Logistics Administrator in planning and organising delivery schedules and routes, ensuring smooth and efficient transport operations. You'll play a key role in keeping deliveries on track, working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and drivers to make sure orders arrive on time and in full.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with route planning and scheduling for courier and local deliveries.
Monitoring delivery targets and supporting on-time performance.
Communicating with drivers, suppliers, and other teams to coordinate logistics.
Handling customer enquiries and resolving delivery issues promptly.
Managing transport records and carrying out general admin tasks.
Please note, this role will work 40hpw, 5 / 7 days per week.
