Transit Operations Supervisor - Lead, Optimize & Deliver

Arriva Harlow is seeking an proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day bus operations. You will lead teams, manage route coverage and coordinate resources to ensure reliable public transport service.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, support driver welfare and development, and collaborate with engineering and depot teams to keep fleet availability high. A full driving licence and flexibility to work shifts are required.
