Derventio Housing Trust is seeking an exceptional Housing & Support Operations Manager to lead our South-West services. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop teams, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred support that meets contractual and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will drive performance, safeguarding, quality assurance and continuous improvement while supporting staff to thrive and residents to achieve greater independence.
