Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen within our healthcare client as a Transformation Project Manager. In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to drive impactful change and make a tangible difference managing a wide range of projects With a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £56,000, this is an exceptional chance to apply your expertise in transformation and change project management, particularly within the public sector and healthcare industry. You will be required to work onsite 2 days a week in the East midlands and must be able to drive.

Transformation Project Manager
  • Lead and deliver complex transformation initiatives that deliver improvements for residents, families and employees and ensure the long term success of the Trust
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate the challenges of change and drive successful outcomes
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of our organisation as they evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of the healthcare sector.
Preferred Requirements
  • Proven track record in managing transformation and change projects within the public sector, ideally in healthcare
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficient in utilising project management tools and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or a healthcare-related discipline
  • Experience using workday would be very advantageous
  • Experience working in the healthcare or public sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities
