Transformation Programme Lead - Local Government Reform

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Programme Manager to lead one or more themes within the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) portfolio, translating strategic direction into delivery plans and ensuring Day 1 readiness across Hampshire and the Solent.

You will coordinate multi-authority workstreams, manage dependencies, engage stakeholders, and provide timely, high-quality governance and reporting to sponsors and senior leaders.
