Transformation Architect - Healthcare & Design Programs

Laing O'Rourke seeks a Transformation and Change Specialist to shape and deliver the Europe Hub transformation agenda. You will bridge strategy and execution across Healthcare and Design transformations, establish governance, and drive programmes through to execution.

You will support development of future-state operating models, governance, business cases and roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement to realise benefits and value across the Europe Hub.
