Transformation and Improvement Apprentice The role

We are building a new Transformation and Improvement Team to help make big improvements. As Transformation and Improvement Apprentice, you will be part of this journey, gaining hands on experience in a fast paced, high profile area of the organisation.

Working alongside experienced transformation professionals, you will help coordinate meetings, carry out research, prepare information and provide practical support to the council's changes.

You will work with colleagues from across the organisation, developing confidence, insight and a strong understanding of how councils serve their communities, while also completing an apprenticeship qualification.
