Job Description

Haleon plc is seeking a Change Lead to drive the people side of our multi-year Enterprise Transformation Programme, enabled by SAP S/4HANA. You will lead change management strategy, engagement with executives and stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business priorities across regions.

You will design readiness assessments, manage risks, develop training plans, track adoption metrics and coach leaders to embed new ways of working.
