This is a standout opportunity for someone looking to step into a role with genuine autonomy, leadership, and a clear path to Director. You'll be joining a supportive, meritocratic team culture where your ideas will be valued and your career development actively championed.

Key Highlights:

• Almost entirely advisory-focused work - minimal compliance

• Work across a diverse client base or tailor your portfolio to your sector specialism

• Collaborate with highly regarded professionals in both tax and audit

• Manage and mentor a small group of juniors

• Flexible working: just 2 days a week in the office

What we're looking for:

• Substantial Transfer Pricing experience (professional services background preferred)

• Management experience a bonus, but not essential

• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for building client relationships
