Lead and Build a Transfer Pricing Function

We have a Transfer Pricing Director opportunity with a fast growing firm that's investing in its TP function. This is a leadership role where you'll shape and expand a dedicated TP team while working within an ambitious and collaborative Corporate and Business Tax group.

You'll take full ownership of Transfer Pricing services, leading strategy, managing client relationships, and driving business development. The firm is part of a large international network, offering an excellent platform for international collaboration and cross border opportunities.

You'll have the freedom to grow the function and elevate its profile.

This role offers variety-overseeing TP documentation, advising on intercompany pricing, managing tax authority disputes, and identifying opportunities across corporate tax, VAT, and M&A. It's a high impact position with a clear route to further progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand a dedicated TP team.
• Own Transfer Pricing services, shaping strategy and setting direction.
• Manage client relationships and oversee TP documentation.
• Advise on intercompany pricing and manage tax authority disputes.
• Identify opportunities across corporate tax, VAT, and M&A.
• Drive business development and growth for the TP function.
