Transactional Finance Team Lead - AP/AR & Cash

Tennants Consolidated Limited in Belfast is seeking a Transaction Finance Team Lead to steer a small team handling bank postings, purchase and sales ledgers, and employee expenses. You will ensure timely, accurate processing and strong financial controls across five entities in the division.

You'll mentor staff, drive process improvements, monitor cash flow, and provide insightful KPI reporting to support the wider finance function. Office-based role with some travel as needed.
