Transaction Tax Senior Manager - Global Deals

WTS UK is seeking a Transaction Tax Senior Manager to join our growing team. You will advise smaller family run businesses to large and listed as well as private equity clients, on the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and refinancing.

The role will involve leading complex tax due diligence engagements, providing structuring advice on domestic and cross-border transactions, and supporting clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle.
