Transaction Services Manager - Financial Advisory Lead

FRP is a leading national business advisory firm based in the UK. The Financial Advisory Manager will lead financial due diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side mandates, manage workloads and junior staff, and maintain day-to-day client communication.

You will build financial models, prepare reports, contribute to business development, and ensure regulatory compliance. ACA/ACCA and strong numerical skills are required, with 3+ years in corporate finance transactions.
