Role and Reporting Lines

Working closely with the Deal Advisory leadership team, responsibilities include:

• Leading financial due diligence engagements across corporate, private equity and lender transactions
• Managing key transaction workstreams including earnings, working capital and cash flow analysis
• Presenting commercial insights and transaction findings to clients
• Developing and managing key client relationships
• Supporting business development and proposal activities
• Leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Managing multiple concurrent engagements across a range of sectors
