Our client, a well established and reputable franchise approved car dealership in Bath, is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join their dynamic team. This Transaction Manager role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to develop their career within a forward thinking, multi award winning dealership group that has been operating successfully since 1971.

• Competitive basic salary of £29,600 per annum, with uncapped earnings exceeding £54,000+ based on performance

• Business hours Monday to Saturday on a rotating rota, with a set day off during the week and weekends off in a structured pattern

• Act as the lead Transaction Manager, overseeing the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products to customers
• Ensure all sales are compliant with FCA regulations and internal policies
• Provide guidance and training to sales teams on finance and insurance products
• Assist in closing vehicle sales and valuing part exchange vehicles
• Produce monthly reports on finance and insurance sales performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunities and improve overall sales processes

• Proven recent experience as a Transaction Manager or Business Manager within a franchise approved automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of FCA compliance and retail finance products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and support sales teams
• Driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to deliver results and maintain a high standard of customer service
• Based within or willing to commute to the Bath area, with reasonable travel to Cheltenham preferred
