We are currently seeking an engaging and highly motivated Transaction Manager to join our team at our Volvo dealership in West London.

What you'll do:

The Transaction Manager is a key part of the sales team; facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties for our customers. You will understand and meet customer needs, ensuring excellent customer experience. Your attention to detail and customer service will help retain loyal customers and attract new ones. You will also support and guide the Sales team members.

To succeed, you should have a passion for the Volvo brand and the following:

• At least 2 years' experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
• Financial acumen with a proven track record of results
• Knowledge of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial spirit
