Job Description
Support and lead transaction advisory mandates from London. Work across buy-side and sell-side processes for European CRE assets, with direct involvement in diligence coordination and deal execution.
Who We Seek- Minimum 6 years in CRE transactions, investment banking, or advisory
- Experience managing diligence streams and counterparty processes
- Understanding of European cross-border transaction dynamics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to commercial detail
- Run transaction processes from mandate framing through closing
- Coordinate legal, technical, and financial diligence workstreams
- Prepare and review transaction materials and commercial analyses
- Support senior advisors on complex multi-jurisdiction mandates
