Job DetailsFull time permanent role - 37.5 hours a week. Location: HMS Raleigh, Torpoint, United Kingdom. Mandatory eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you'll be doing:- Creation and production of the Long-Term Plan for all courses
- Creation and scheduling of course templates
- Updating of course templates as a result of change administered through the various contracted change mechanisms and attend various key stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain resource hierarchy availability
- Create and build automated course timetables
- Book travel & accommodation for overseas students
- Work collaboratively and engage with other training support departments and Training Groups
- Previous administration/coordination experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (maintaining existing spreadsheets)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player with initiative
- Confident
- Any experience of using TAFMIS would be desirable
- Previous planning/scheduling experience, would be an advantage
