This is an 18 month secondment/fixed term opportunity as a Training Program Lead for the o9 Planning Transformation across the MEU region.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisor: Support Regional Leadership on the capability track of the o9 transformation.
  • Complex Change Integration: Collaborate with BU Leaders and Change Management Leads to integrate training into the broader cultural shift, ensuring technical proficiency is matched by mindset.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify regional risks and knowledge gaps, presenting readiness risks and mitigation strategies to Regional/BU/Change Teams.
  • Plan & Lead Training Activities: Manage activities for the Region Deployment Team, Key Users, SMEs, and End Users.
  • Align BUs: Align Business Units with the training strategy, curriculum, and governance.
  • Training Readiness & Effectiveness: Identify and implement criteria for readiness and effectiveness.
  • Training Material Fit for Purpose: Ensure all training material is suitable, including local nuances, languages, and planning model specifics.
  • Train the Trainer: Equip select individuals to independently deliver training.
  • Partner with MDS & SMEs: Ensure a data ready environment for material creation and delivery.
  • Schedule Creation: Partner with BUs to create a region wide training schedule covering all impacted individuals.
  • Reporting: Report on training attendance and effectiveness.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience: 5+ years leading cross functional L&D, Capability, or Transformation programs.
  • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success supporting the people side of implementations across multiple countries or functions.
  • Negotiation Ability: Skilled at negotiating training requirements against competing business priorities.
  • Analytics: Experience using data driven insights to assess readiness.
  • Design & Delivery: Proven track record designing and delivering extended training programs.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
  • LMS Proficiency: Proficient with learning management systems and e learning rapid development tools (e.g., WorkDay, VILT).
  • Complexity Handling: Experienced working across geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.
  • Change management certification preferred.
