We're looking for a passionate and organised Training Coordinator (Apprenticeship) to support learning and development across our factory sites.

About the RoleReporting to the Operational Capability Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining training records, ensuring governance and compliance standards are met, and supporting the embedding of our values into daily operations.
You'll also act as a systems support contact for learning platforms such as CompleatLearning and Redzone, helping colleagues resolve technical queries and get the most from our tools.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting or developing a career in L&D or HR within a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Learning Needs Analysis - Support identification of training needs by analysing performance data.
- Highlight skills gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work with site trainers and stakeholders to gather insights.
- Research and promote high quality external training providers.
- Learning Design - Assist in designing engaging and inclusive learning programmes.
- Research digital and blended delivery methods.
- Develop accessible training materials and resources.
- Quality check documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Learning Quality & Evaluation - Collect and analyse feedback to measure training effectiveness.
- Support evaluation of learning impact on performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve content and delivery.
- Collaboration & Communication - Build strong working relationships across sites.
- Communicate clearly across face to face and digital channels.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Provide first line systems support for learning platforms.
- Genuine interest in helping people learn and develop.
- Understanding that people learn in different ways.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Respect for equality, inclusion and diversity.
- Awareness of how L&D supports business performance.
- Confidence presenting to small groups.
- Experience using digital learning platforms.
