Training & Process Performance Coordinator

FMG, part of ZIGUP, is seeking a Process, Performance and Training Coordinator in Huddersfield. You will help develop people, improve processes, and create performance dashboards for Total Loss teams, working with Team Leaders and training specialists.

You will drive onboarding programmes, development pathways, and competency across the department, identifying opportunities for change and delivering measurable outcomes.
