Training & Development Manager

Our client is looking for a Training & Development Manager to support and develop Practice Support Staff (PSS) within a growing and professional financial planning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paraplanner or technical professional who is passionate about coaching, mentoring and improving technical standards across a team.

• Design, deliver and manage structured training programmes for PSS staff
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of paraplanners and technical team members
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance
• Ensure high standards of financial planning knowledge and best practice
• Identify skills gaps and create development plans to enhance team capability

• Experience within a financial planning environment essential; SJP experience essential
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of financial planning
• Background in paraplanning or technical support
• Passion for training, mentoring and developing others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, with clear career progression within technical and leadership pathways. Please get in touch with
