Job Description

£26,600plus 2 x yearly bonus OTE £28,000

Therole is day shift, working 37.5 hours a week.

Our verysuccessful and forward-thinking client is looking for a Training &Development Coordinator to join their HR Team.

Thisrole will provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to theTraining & Development function, ensuring the effective planning, delivery,recording and reporting of training and development activities across thecompany.

Therole will support the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and ongoingdevelopment of apprentices and other emerging talent programmes whilst alsocoordinating learning activities for the wider workforce.

Duties: Health& Safety
  • Participatein the development and promotion of the HSE culture
  • Befamiliar with the main health and safety risks and the main environmentalimpacts relating to the scope of his/her work
  • Befamiliar with the site's HSE policy and objectives
  • Tobe able to make proposals for improving working conditions and limitingenvironmental impact
Training& Development
  • Provideday-to-day administrative support to the Training & Development function.
  • Coordinateand schedule internal and external training activities across the business.
  • Liaisewith training providers to source, arrange and confirm training solutions thatmeet operational requirements.
  • Managetraining bookings, joining instructions, attendance records and associateddocumentation.
  • Coordinateonsite training events, meetings and development activities.
  • Supportthe management and administration of apprenticeship programmes, includingenrolment, progress monitoring and stakeholder communication.
  • Assistin identifying training requirements and development opportunities foremployees.
  • Ensuretraining evaluations are completed, and feedback is collated to measuretraining effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
EmergingTalent
  • Supportthe attraction, recruitment and selection activities for apprentices and otherearly careers programmes.
  • Supportbuilding and maintain effective relationships with schools, colleges,universities and training providers.
  • Assistwith the apprentice onboarding activities, inductions and development reviews.
  • Monitorapprentice progress and maintain regular communication with providers, mentorsand line managers.
  • Assistin organising and attending careers fairs, school engagement activities, eventsand recruitment campaigns to promote the company.
  • Supportwork experience placements, internships and other emerging talent initiativesas required.
Reporting& Administration
  • Assistin preparing and maintaining monthly training KPI reports and managementinformation.
  • Monitorand report on training compliance, attendance, completion rates, apprenticeprogress and other agreed training metrics.
  • Maintainaccurate records to support audits, customer requirements and internalreporting needs.
  • Ensureall training documentation is maintained in accordance with company documentcontrol procedures.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve training administration processes, systems andreporting methods.

Undertakereasonable ad-hoc duties and projects in support of the Human Resources andTraining Development.
