Training & Competency Coordinator - Academy Access & Growth

Gardline Limited, part of the Boskalis group, is seeking a Training and Competency Coordinator in Great Yarmouth. You will provide administrative support to the Training & Competency function to ensure targeted training and competency management for offshore and onshore teams.

Your duties include managing the shared mailbox, booking trainings, issuing certifications, registering personnel to the LMS, monitoring completions, and reporting to the Training & Competency Manager.
