We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to join a busy and dynamic team, supporting training delivery, compliance and coordination across multiple sites.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering a great opportunity to play a key part in ensuring training processes are delivered efficiently and remain audit-ready.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and responding to emails, taking appropriate action
  • Coordinating with training providers regarding course dates and requirements
  • Supporting site managers with training requests for employees
  • Liaising with internal trainers (e.g. FLT training)
  • Processing and issuing training certificates, including filing and record keeping
  • Raising and logging purchase orders (POs)
  • Updating training systems, dashboards and matrices (including SuccessFactors)
  • Ensuring records are accurate, up to date and audit-ready
  • Managing the WNS queue and goods receipting once training is completed
  • Processing incoming post, scanning and filing certificates
  • Sending training reminders and ensuring all planned training is organised
  • Booking training rooms and preparing sign-in sheetsManaging site access systems such as Provisit and Proxyclick
  • Assigning reference numbers for toolbox talks and logging completed records
  • Reviewing training matrices and booking future training requirements
  • Reporting training hours and supporting weekly/monthly reporting
  • Supporting site visits and stakeholder engagement across multiple locations
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience within an administrative or coordination role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fully IT literate, including Microsoft Office and systems
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within training, compliance or manufacturing environments would be advantageous
