Trainer in Accounting 80% to 95%

As part of the development of activities in accounting, you will intervene in individualized and/or collective training aimed at an adult audience, covering levels TQG 1 and TQG 2 (Management Techniques). You actively contribute to the pedagogical quality and the development of professional skills in accounting. 80% to 95%Your Responsibilities:- Prepare, organize, and run training sessions in financial accounting.- Prepare, organize, and run training sessions on the Crésus Accounting and Payroll suite.- Design, structure, and update teaching materials, exercises, and knowledge assessments, and adapt pedagogical methods to suit level and pace.- Integrate digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) into the pedagogical approach.- Prepare reports for organizations and participate in sessions in the presence of advisors.Your Profile:- Federal diploma as a finance and accounting specialist, HES Bachelor's degree, university Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent title.- Experience in teaching accounting and the Crésus suite (or other accounting software).- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365.- Ability to differentiate teaching according to heterogeneous levels.Personal Skills:- Ease and clarity in communication.- Structured and caring pedagogical approach.- Sense of autonomy and analysis capacity.- Valid working capability depending on profile and availability: immediately or as soon as possible.
