Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machines, monitoring of manufactured parts). Manage and sign the work journals and absences of the apprentices. Manage conflicts, apply internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organize sessions with parents if necessary. Collaborate with partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools). Participate in semi-annual exchanges with local training centers. Organize open houses, internships for future apprentices, pedagogical events, and educational outings (team building, skiing, industrial visits).
