Job Description
The main mission will be to manage and supervise apprentices in mechanics (m/f). The main mission will be to manage and supervise apprentices in mechanics leading to the attainment of the CFC of Polymechanics - Rate of apprentices in mechanics (m/f). Desired profile: CFC of polymechanics. Mastery of CNC machining with CAD/CAM. Experience of at least 3-4 years. Experience in managing and supervising personnel, ideally young apprentices (one CIE (600h) (one in management (an advantage . Knowledge of Office and ERP software (an advantage). Proficiency in French and English (B2). Main responsibilities: Teach CIE courses (Manual machining techniques, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly). Guide apprentices towards success through motivating pedagogy and recognition of their work. Report to management in X format (monitoring costs, commitments, production of apprentices via SAP). Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machines, monitoring of manufactured parts). Manage and sign the work journals and absences of the apprentices. Manage conflicts, apply internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organize sessions with parents if necessary. Collaborate with partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools). Participate in semi-annual exchanges with local training centers. Organize open houses, internships for future apprentices, pedagogical events, and educational outings (team building, skiing, industrial visits).
