Trainer / Demonstrator - Inkjet Printers. - Northern Home Counties - Up to £45k pa plus car

Ideal Candidate location: Northern Home Counties.

Our prestigious Client is a world leading print equipment manufacturer known for its high speed, eco friendly Inkjet print solutions. They are looking for an experienced Product Trainer to deliver sales driven training and product demonstrations to new customers, key accounts, dealers and the retail channel.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver comprehensive training programs on MFDs, duplicators and high end production inkjet printers.
• Develop and deliver classroom training to face to face audiences.
• Conduct training at customer sites, with the majority of time based in Hertfordshire.
• Contribute to the marketing department's activities: create buy in for product vision, develop pricing and positioning strategies, translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience.
• Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time to market with optimal resources.
• Drive product launches, collaborating with PR, executives and product management teams.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product strategy and effective messaging.
• Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding.
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
