Trainee Territory Manager - Yorkshire

Working closely with a mentor you will

• Develop relationships with existing and sourcing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other proactive prospecting methods.
• Account management, developing relationships and utilising the CRM system.
• Conduct and present research on potential new customers and how you may convert them into new business.
• Attending auctions and tradeshows

• Excellent communication skills - listening is as important as talking in our industry.
• Curiosity - a desire to learn about our industry and customers.
• Confidence - a personality trait that will welcome and engage our customers.
• Engaging - to inspire and excite customers and start an exciting career with us.

To thrive in this position, you will

• Have a desire to learn the machinery industry.
• Willingness to hunt down new business, and,
• To work and learn from experienced sales mentors and the wider sales teams.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Previous experience in sales.
• Knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment.
• Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English.
