Trainee Store Manager - Fast-Track Leadership & Training

Deichmann SE in Peterborough is looking for a Trainee Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role offers an opportunity to develop into a Cover Manager or Store Manager, dependent on training success. A salary of £30,500 per annum is provided, coupled with first-class training.

As a Trainee Manager, you will motivate and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service while managing stock and analysing sales performance. Flexibility to travel to various stores is required.
