Trainee Shop Manager: Fast-Track Retail Leadership & Apprenticeship

Farmfoods Ltd is recruiting a Trainee Shop Manager for our Shrewsbury shop. You will join an 18-month training programme, working 45 hours per week with a 5-on/2-off pattern and progression to full management duties.

The programme combines hands-on store experience, supported by your Area Manager, and a Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship. It includes paid coursework, strong mentoring, and a clear path to permanent employment.
