Trainee Shop Manager - Retail Leadership Apprenticeship

Farmfoods is recruiting a trainee shop manager for our Yardley shop. This 18 month training programme combines hands on shop management with formal coaching, with high support from your Area Manager and a pathway to a permanent role.

Initially you will run alongside an experienced shop manager, developing skills in retail operations, customer service and team leadership. You will work towards a Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship through Inspiro, with study time and support provided.
