Trainee School Caretaker & Site Assistant

Connex Education is seeking a Trainee School Caretaker / Site Assistant in Swindon. The role involves opening and securing buildings, performing basic maintenance and general DIY tasks, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained site for pupils and staff.

No previous school caretaker experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. Weekly PAYE payments with competitive hourly rates and opportunities to progress into permanent contracts are available.
