Hours: Full-time

Salary:From£36,000to£43,950depending on experience.

WhatYou'llDo:

As aTraineeScheduleCompiler,you'llbeworking towards developing your skills andexpertisein orderto:

  • Compile:Time and dutyschedules and rotas fora wide range of current and futureservices.
  • Collaborate:Workingas part of a teamtodeliver scheduleson time and withinagreedlevels of resource.
  • Innovate:Offer suggestionsto enhanceworking practices related tocompiling schedules.
  • Monitor and Improve:Identifyschedule featuresforpotentialimprovement.
  • Engage:Producea range ofinternal schedules documentation fornew contracts as well asroutine schedulechanges.

  • Strong Communication Skills:To effectively share scheduling information with teams at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:A logical thinker who can tackle unexpected challenges with creativity and flexibility.
  • Organisational Excellence:Able to meet deadlines whilemaintaininghigh standards.
  • Attention to Detail:To consistently ensure accuracy of schedules.
  • Knowledge and Interest:Enthusiasm for the transport industry, with a basic understanding of schedules and rota compilation (training provided).

Experience in the London tendering market or knowledge of relevant regulations, such as the Working Time Directive, is a bonus but not essential.
