Job Title: Trainee Registered Manager
Location: Wigan
Salary: £46,000 rising to £55,000 upon registration

Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare
Experience Required: Experience within children's residential care and leadership experience within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home environment preferred
About the HomeThis is an opportunity to join a new solo children's home in Wigan, supporting the setup and development of a specialist residential service. The role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or aspiring Registered Manager looking to progress into registration with support and development.

You will play a key role in helping establish and develop the home, supporting the implementation of strong practice standards, safeguarding, compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.
