Trainee Property Manager

House & Son, established in 1939, is one of the oldest, award winning, multi property agencies in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. We specialise in properties for sale and properties for rent as well as offering a wide range of property services, including property management, property surveys, and independent mortgage advice.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing Residential Block Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in property management, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist property managers with the day to day management of residential blocks and estates
• Liaise with leaseholders, residents, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
• Support with arranging maintenance work, property inspections, and health & safety compliance
• Help prepare budgets, service charge demands, and financial reports
• Maintain accurate records and property management databases

About You

• Strong organisational and communication skills, face to face and telephone
• Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Some experience in property administration, lettings, or facilities management is an advantage but not essential

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm with one hour unpaid lunch break.
