Job Description

This role offers hands on experience working alongside professionals within the Film and TV industry. It is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop practical skills, and gain insight into film production and post production workflows. You will support the production team with day to day tasks and assist in the smooth running of schedules, communication, and administrative processes.

Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple tasks and priorities, showing strong organisational skills
  • Strong written communication skills, including producing clear, structured notes or reports
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately and produce well structured written outputs (e.g., meeting notes, project documentation)
  • Proven interest in production and post production, evidenced through projects, coursework, placements, personal initiatives, or training
  • Basic working knowledge of post production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve) or clear understanding of post production tools
  • Experience working in an office or production environment
  • Experience supporting diary management, scheduling, or coordinating meetings and requests in a fast paced environment
  • Experience assisting with scheduling post production, live action shoots, or technical shoots
