• Learn how to identify, order, and supply parts accurately for the workshop and customers
• Support technicians and service advisors with parts enquiries and availability
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing parts deliveries
• Help maintain accurate stock records and carry out stock checks
• Learn to use parts and inventory management systems
• Ensure parts are issued and returned correctly
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe parts department
• Assist with handling customer queries in a professional manner
